The Unified Login feature is built to direct Users through the System Login page rather than the Initiative Login page. This feature can be found within the Site Setup > Beta tab of any Initiative.
If enabled, when Users attempt to navigate to an Initiative URL, they will be rerouted through the System page, and then redirected back to the Initiative. If disabled, they will instead go to the Initiative Login page.
Keep in mind, when this option is enabled, it will respect any System restrictions that are applied. See this article here for domain restrictions. We recommend reviewing your System Setup > Access configuration to ensure users meet the System restrictions before enabling.
Notes:
- If Unified Login is enabled, it is recommended to disable the option Exclude from Enterprise Lists from Site Setup > Site > Enterprise tab.
- Unified Login must be enabled to use Request an Invite at the Initiative level. If using an Initiative-level login without Unified Login enabled, the Request an Invite button will not be available.
- There is no System-level "Admin Only" registration option.
- Only the Affiliate Sponsor will receive requests.
- There is no configurable email template for the Request an Invite notification.
- The Admin email notification for an invitation request will direct them to add the requesting user manually.
- There is currently no "deny request" option available.
