Admins can update users' points via Discretionary Points for any reason.
- Discretionary Points are granted under System Setup > Users > Manage
- Search for a user. After selecting them, a Discretionary Points button will be available.
- The system will confirm how many points to add or subtract (use negative numbers to detract):
- All users will see these points reflected in widgets and reports at the System level only
- Discretionary points are only available on the System level - not the Initiative level.
- Note: Using discretionary points can skew understanding of how a given user arrived at their point totals in the future.
- Discretionary points can be granted and rescinded at will, and no tracking is available for them. Please use this feature with discretion.
