How can you change the default font in the Notifications?
Hello Katherine,
There is no out of the box functionality to change the font in the notifications. It might be possible with custom CSS/JS, please reach out to your Brightidea Account Manager to further pursue this with our Professional Services team.

"Notifications cannot be translated or changed via labels at this time"
Is this possible yet and if so how, if not, the 'at this time' suggests it is coming, do you know when?
Thanks
Hi Damian,
It's not possible to translate notifications. Unfortunately, there is no timeline on adding such functionality to this.
Thank you,
Brightidea Support
Is there a way to change the text when it displays that there are no notifications? Our box seems to display repetitive text and we'd like to use more Quicken-style (read: fun) verbiage in that space to speak to our team members. See attachment.
Hi Rob,
The duplication of the text is actually an issue and I created a ticket for our product team to clear this up. Regarding changing the text itself, it's not possible to do this with label edit mode however you can export the entire label list and modify the label there.

How can i turn off notifications for the submitter that a vote has been cast on their idea? We have turned off the email notifications that votes have taken place, but we do not want a submitter to see who has voted on their ideas from the enterprise level. If a particular webstorm wants the "who voted" information, then it can be controlled at the webstorm level.. Thanks,
Steve
Hi Steve,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to turn off individual notifications at this time. The only way would be to hide/remove the entire notification menu altogether and that could even involve disabling Global Navigation.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Ron

Thanks Ron, if we turn off global notifications, will that include "Action Items" as well?
Hi Steve,
That is correct, it will remove all of the functionality in that bar.
Thanks,
Ron
