As an alternative to using the Homepage for the Hackathon, Admins can enable the Event Site. This is similar to the Team Site currently available for Departmental Idea Box and Memo.

Enabling Event Site for Hackathon
Before it can be used, enable Event Site for an existing Hackathon under Site Setup > Site > General Settings > Enable Event Site View
After it has been enabled, when a user clicks on the Hackathon event from the locations below, they will be directed to the Event Site page, as opposed to the site homepage:
- Highlights feed
- User homepage > Activities
- Visual Initiative List widget
- Initiative Admin dropdown > Site
- Activity feed in Command Center

Displays the participant's Whiteboards for the Hackathon. The Whiteboards listed are either created from the Event Site, or from a project submission.

Displays the participant's project submissions for the Hackathon.
Projects
Displays the participant's Project Rooms for the Hackathon. The Whiteboards listed are either created from the Event Site Projects page, from the Participant Onboarding flow, or from a project submission.
