With the 'Preview as Ordinary User' view, Admins can preview their System and Initiative pages from the perspective of an ordinary user.
- Admins can leverage this feature by selecting View as Ordinary User from the Gear menu.
- When enabled, all pages will display as if for non-Admin end users in the Initiative. A black bar will appear near the top of the screen to denote the Ordinary User view is active.
- To return to the normal view, select Disable this view in the black bar or log out and back into Brightidea.
Important Notes:
- This feature does not affect editing abilities for Ideas. If an Admin views an Idea while previewing as an ordinary user, they will still have permission to edit the Idea.
In the attachments tab - it still shows the delete option as if an ordinary user can delete attachments.
