The All Submissions board can be added to the system's User Homepage to give your users an easy, one-stop location to view Submissions across all Initiatives they can access.

Getting Started
To enable, navigate to System Setup > User Homepage > Idea Boards and select All Submissions under User Metrics.
Enabling this option allows users to see Submissions from all Initiatives they can access from the All Submissions board.
If the user has access to hidden Submissions (either their own or for Initiatives they are Admins for), those Ideas will be indicated by a gray "eye" icon.
Sort, Filter, and Search
Users can sort, filter, and search to narrow down browsing or find specific Submissions.
Sorting includes:
- Recently viewed Submissions
- Sorting by Submission date
- Sorting by Submission title
Filtering can be done by Initiative or by Tag. When filtering by Initiative or Tag, the results are inclusive within each filter (e.g., selecting multiple Initiatives will show results that match any of the selected Initiatives). However, when filtering by both Initiative and Tag, the results are exclusive across these categories, meaning only items that match both the selected Initiative(s) and Tag(s) will be shown.
Search will include searching by title, idea code, submitter or submission team name or members, category, status, tags, or additional Submission Form answers.
Important Things to Note
- The All Submissions board cannot be label edited at this time.
- Submissions cannot be posted from this page.
- Admins cannot change statuses, toggle Idea visibility, or edit Submissions from the All Submissions board.
- Only Submission images will show on the Idea Board; Idea attachments will not be included.
