There’s a bit more to read in this round of Release Notes, as we are reporting on enhancements and bug fixes that were completed over the course of the past four weeks.
The following updates and improvements have been made:
Pipeline Management
General Updates
- Action Item and Step Manage pages now support editing Idea Attachments
- A new section has been added to the Idea View, allowing file attachments to be added and removed
- When viewing Development Fields from previous Steps (in Action Item or Step Manager views), inline editing for those Development Fields has been removed
- The Pipeline Rules Engine History Export has been updated to now export to CSV; once requested, the export will send the requesting Admin an email notification when the export is complete
Command Center and Pillar Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the Command Center Key Program Results dashboard in which the metrics boxes would not display correct data when viewing the "All Time" filter
- Fixed an issue in the People Pillar in which, after creating a new User with the "Add another User" option selected, the User Fields would not clear for creating the next User
- Fixed an issue in the People Pillar User Import, in which attempting to import an Excel spreadsheet would cause an error
Pipeline Fixes
- Fixed an issue in which, after adding or rearranging the order of Steps in a Pipeline, the new order was not correctly saved
- Fixed an issue with the Pipeline Rules Engine, in which Pipeline Admins could not create a Rule with a "Send Email" action
- Fixed an issue with the Pipeline Ideas Grid, in which attempting to apply a filter to the Idea Submission Form questions column would not return any results
- Fixed an issue in which some Development fields would not appear in the Development Step configuration popup
- Fixed an issue with the Pipeline Dashboard, in which changes to which KPI boxes to display would not save correctly
- Fixed an issue in which editing settings for the Review and Development Step Configuration would not save correctly
- Fixed an issue in which the Pairwise Step Manage pages would not load the Pending Decisions tab
- Fixed an issue in which, when configuring Development-type steps, the enabled Development Fields would not save correctly
- Fixed an issue in which, after copying an existing Pipeline, copied Rules in the Rules Engine would not appear in the original order
- Fixed an issue with the Pipeline Ideas Grid, in which the Chip votes column would not filter correctly
Action Items Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the Action Items list in the Manage Scorecard step, in which the Overall Score would not display
- Fixed an issue with the Action Items Manager in which, after applying a column filter and selecting a different Action Items Tab (Open, Completed, Canceled or All), the column filter would not be respected
- Fixed an issue with the Action Items Manager in which, when Admins view Action Items from other Users, they are taken to a Deleted Action Item message
- Fixed an issue with IE9 in which attempting to comment on an Action Item would not post the comment correctly
- Fixed an issue with IE9 in which, after completing a Single Scale Action Item, the next Action Item would not load correctly
- Fixed an issue in which Action Items would not display Idea Attachments
- Fixed an issue in which Chip Votes would not appear in the "Votes" tab of Ideas when viewing Action Items
- Fixed an issue with required Attachment-type Development questions in which, after attaching a file and attempting to complete the Action Item, the Attachment-type question would be marked as incomplete
- Fixed an issue with Development Action Items in which, after adding a User as an Assignee for a Development Step, if that User was involved in a previous Development Step, he/she would not receive new Development Action Items
- Fixed an issue in the Action Items Manager grid, in which, after clearing the search term for a column filter, the column would remain filtered
Enterprise
- Fixed an issue with IE9/11 in which searching from the Global Navigation bar would not return results
- Fixed an issue in which the User Activity Report would not display Idea information
- Fixed an issue in which the Global Navigation Notification counter would display the number of total Notifications, not only the new Notifications
- Fixed an issue in which attempting to post a message on another User's Member Landing Page would not post correctly
WebStorm
- Comments for a hidden Idea are no longer displayed in Global Navigation search results
- Admin Comments are no longer allowed in Private Comment threads
- When commenting on their own Idea, Idea Submitters will no longer be sent an Idea Comment email notification
- Fixed an issue in which Idea Submitters could not see their attachments when their Idea was hidden
- Fixed an intermittent issue with Idea Drafts in which answers for Idea Submission Form questions would not be saved when saving the Draft
- Fixed an issue with IE9, in which attempting to attach an image file would not upload the file correctly
- Fixed an issue with WebStorm setup in which, if a WebStorm was not associated to a Pipeline, changed options in the Components section would not save correctly
- Fixed an issue in which the Phase Widget would not save correctly
- Fixed an issue in which the Idea Import template file would not generate correctly
- Fixed an issue in which, after deleting a Category Image from Challenge, attempting to copy that Challenge would cause an error
- Fixed an issue with Post Idea 2.0 in which, after searching and selecting an existing Admin tag, the selected tag would be added as a regular Idea tag
- Fixed an issue in which the Blog List widget would not display blog posts past a certain date
- Fixed an issue in which, when adding a table to the Idea Description and center-aligning the content, when the Idea is posted, the content becomes left-aligned
Switchboard
- Fixed an issue in which Evaluators could not see WebStorm dynamic navigation links with permission set to "Evaluator"
