Enhancements and Updates
- Updates to the Hackathon Participants export will now include image files and team names
- Admins can now completely hide vote counters from the user experience:
- To hide vote counters, Voting for the initiative must be disabled in Site Setup > Ideas > Voting
- Disabling Voting will display a checkbox option that reads, "Hide Vote Count"
- When hiding vote counters, all vote-related buttons and counters will be hidden from non-admin views, including View Idea, Idea Boards, Top Ideas, Pipeline Step Manage views, and Action Item views
- Admins can now schedule Recurring Reports for Site-level exports of Votes, Login History, Search History, and Categories
- Step Submissions exports will now include columns for short and long text questions, with evaluator answers appearing in each cell
- Pressing "Esc" while editing Project Room Tasks now closes the Task editor without saving changes
Whiteboard Updates and Bug Fixes
- Our Whiteboard tool now has improved micro-interactions, such as updated object selection, loading bars, scaling, and other performance enhancements
- We've added hotkeys for Whiteboard objects to determine transparency (e.g. '5' will set transparency to 50%, '6' for 60%, etc.)
General Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue which prevented Community Admins from creating new initiatives
- Fixed an issue with Pipeline List view where loading more submissions into the list would deselect any checked submissions
- Fixed where a Step in the Pipeline Steps view would not display as "Activated" until the page was refreshed, even after it had been configured with evaluators assigned
- Fixed where after changing the tool type for a Step, evaluators from the previous configuration were retained in the new tool type
