Product Release Notes - May 15, 2024

General Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in which edits to Development fields from View Idea 3.0 could not be saved correctly in Development action items.
  • Fixed an issue where statuses could be adjusted by team members on View Idea 3.0, even when the the functionality to do so was disabled.
  • Fixed an issue with emojis not appearing correctly in comments.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Send to Whiteboard...' function within the Rules Engine was not firing under all circumstances. 
  • Fixed an issue where Action Items were not canceled when ideas moved out of step in some systems and circumstances. 



  • Added a tooltip to the Whiteboard Stacks, when the content of the individual card is truncated due to character length.
  • Miscellaneous UI updates and fixes to our call-to-action buttons within the platform. 
  • Updated error messaging when configuring scorecard templates to be more descriptive. 
  • Updated logic for when removing an evaluator from any Step in the Step Configuration modal. Now, if they have never received any action items for the Step, they will be permanently removed. Logic was retained that if the evaluator has any existing action items (open, completed, or canceled), removing the evaluator will keep a record of those action items.

  • Updates to ensure scorecard percentages are synced and updated accordingly in real-time on the Action Item Manager view, when scorecard answer values are adjusted in the template editor.
