All your Brightidea data can be easily accessible through System Setup or Site Setup. Export a report that shows statistics for Submissions, Users, Login History and much more with a click of a button. Below is everything you need to know for Exporting a Report.
Enterprise Reports
Brightidea has several System level reports available for System Admins to access all data from their affiliate. under System Setup > Exports. Once there, Admins can view all reports available for reference:
- Note: All Initiatives in Brightidea will be accounted for in the System-level reports, regardless of exclusion settings.
Community Reports
Brightidea has several Community reports available for Community Admins to access all data from their Community. Admins can view all Community reports available for reference under Communities Setup > Exports.

Initiative/Site Reports
Brightidea has several Site reports available for the System Administrator to access all data from their entire system. To get there, navigate to the Enterprise landing page and select Site Setup > Exports. Once there, the administrator can view all Site reports available for reference
Additional Reports
You can export statistics from throughout your Brightidea in addition to the System and Initiative reports. Below are additional reports that you may access.
People Pillar Report
The People Pillar Report, similar to the Enterprise/Initiative User report, can be found under the People Pillar icon within the Command Center. Click here for more information on the People Pillar.

Analytics - Engagement Dashboard Report

Step Exports
Within Steps View of your Pipeline, certain evaluation tools can export evaluation data. These tools include:
- Development
- Single-Scale
- Scorecard
- Review
- Stack Rank
Important Notes:
- When report files reach a size of 5mb or more the files will be delivered as a .zip file attachment.
- Excel enforces a 30,000 character limit per cell for exported XLSX files; additional characters will be truncated.
- There is no character limit per cell for CSV exports.
